In relation to the enactment of the Diponegoro University Rector Regulation Number 8 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Procurement of Goods/Services Funded from Funds Other Than the State Budget, which regulates the List of Capable Partners (DRM), namely a list of Providers who have met the qualification requirements and met the specified performance requirements, then starting from March 3, 2025 to March 14, 2025, registration for Providers to be selected as DRMs is open.

For this reason, Providers are welcome to register via the website: http://tumbas.undip.ac.id/

Providers who have received confirmation from the admin, please continue the registration process by filling in the forms provided. Providers are asked to prepare supporting document data in softcopy form to be uploaded to the system to complete the registration process. Documents for qualification and performance requirements and supporting documents that are at least:

  1. Valid Business Identification Number (NIB).
  2. NIB attachment showing expertise.
  3. List of at least 5 (five) contracts that have been implemented along with proof of copies of contracts within the last 4 (four) years, both in government and private sectors, including subcontracting experience with a minimum recommendation from the employer.
  4. List of equipment ownership according to expertise.
  5. List of permanent employees and/or experts according to the required competencies (not from Undip employees).
  6. Annual Tax Return (SPT) of the Company and its attachments for at least the last 1 (one) year.
  7. Bank statements with a positive balance for at least the last 3 (three) months.
  8. Audited financial statements for the last year for non-small companies.
  9. Unaudited financial statements for the last year specifically for Micro/Small Businesses.
  10. A statement signed by the Provider stating that they are not under court supervision, are not in the process or declared bankrupt, their business activities are not being stopped and/or the directors acting for and on behalf of the company are not currently undergoing criminal sanctions.
