The Directorate of Assets and Design of Diponegoro University (Undip) held an Asset Management Socialization activity which took place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 09.00–12.00 WIB in the Undip Rector’s Meeting Room. This event was held as a form of Undip’s commitment to improving transparent, accountable, and regulatory asset management.
The event was officially opened by Undip Vice Rector II, Dr. Warsito Kawedar, SE, M.Si., Akt., who conveyed the importance of shared understanding in the management of Undip Property (BMU) to support orderly administration and accuracy of the university’s financial reports.
Socialization is divided into two main topics, namely:
- Socialization of BMU Transfer and Disposal
- Socialization of BMU Security and Maintenance
The speakers who attended and delivered the material were:
- Dr. Ir. Baskoro Rochaddi, MT – Director of Assets and Design, who provided an introduction to asset management and strategic policy directions for BMU management in Undip.
- Ari Eko Widyantoro, ST, M.Si – Asset and Logistics Manager, who delivered material related to the procedures for the transfer and disposal of BMU as well as the security and maintenance of BMU.
- Yuniar Dwi Hartuti, SE – also explained the administrative procedures in the process of transferring and deleting BMU.
This activity was attended by structural officials within Undip, including directors, heads of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI), vice dean II, managers, and supervisors from various work units.
Through this activity, it is hoped that participants can implement asset management in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as support the achievement of good university governance .
