The Directorate of Assets and Design of Diponegoro University (Undip) conducted a comparative study to the Directorate of Assets of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) today, Tuesday, May 6, 2025. This activity was carried out at the UGM Campus from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB.
The Undip team led by Dr. Ir. Baskoro Rochaddi, MT as the Director of Assets and Design, together with Ari Eko Widyantoro, ST, M.Si as the Asset and Logistics Manager, Yuniar Dwi Hastuti, SE, as the Supervisor of Inventory and Asset Write-off, the IT Team, and staff from the Asset and Logistics Section, conducted this visit to study the management and information systems of asset management at UGM.
This comparative study aims to improve the quality of asset management at Undip by studying best practices at UGM. The UGM Asset Directorate, led by Dr. Eng. Ahmad Sarwadi, M.Eng and the secretary of the Directorate Edi Prasetyo, ST, M.Eng, together with the team from assets, finance, and procurement, welcomed the visit and shared knowledge about effective asset management.
This comparative study activity is expected to strengthen cooperation between Undip and UGM in the field of asset management, development of asset management, and improve the ability of Undip staff to manage assets better.
