UNDIP Asset and Inventory Operators Attend the Central Java Regional UAPPA Coordination Meeting to Strengthen the Preparation of the 2025 Financial Report

Universitas Diponegoro, through its representatives from the asset and inventory management units, attended the Central Java Regional UAPPA Coordination Meeting under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology on Thursday, 27 November 2025, held at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The meeting served as a strategic forum to prepare for the compilation of the 2025 Financial Report and the State-Owned Property (BMN) Report, while reinforcing UNDIP’s commitment to accountable asset management and financial reporting.

UNDIP was represented by Rezha Hari Kurniawan, S.E., M.Ak. (Asset Operator) and Amalia Annisa, A.Md.Ak. (Inventory Operator). The coordination meeting was attended by work units from various state universities in Central Java to harmonize understanding, enhance data integrity, and refine technical procedures for the annual preparation of financial reports.

The meeting resulted in several key agreements, including the annual schedule for preparing financial reports within the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology for the Central Java region. The preparation will be conducted three times a yearSemester I, Quarter III, and Semester II—rotating among work units in the region. This arrangement is expected to encourage consistency, orderliness, and high-quality financial reporting across all units.

Through the participation of its asset and inventory operators, UNDIP reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that all processes related to BMN management, administration, and reporting comply with the latest government regulations. Active involvement in the coordination meeting also reflects UNDIP’s efforts to support transparent, accurate, and accountable public financial reporting.

The meeting is expected to strengthen collaboration among all participating work units, including Universitas Diponegoro, in managing state-owned assets and preparing well-organized, reliable financial reports that meet national standards.
