Auction Announcement for the Disposal of Office Equipment from The Faculty of Science and Mathematics

SEMARANG – Based on the Rectors Decree of Diponegoro University No. 303 / UN7.P / HK / 2020, then through the Semarang State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL), Diponegoro University will conduct an auction for Office Equipment from The Faculty of Science and Mathematics, with the limit price of IDR 11,040,000 , – and auction guarantee of IDR 5,000,000,-.

Auction Requirements:

1. Bidders must have a verified account on the page here.
2. Terms and conditions also procedures for participating in the auction can be seen on the page mentioned above.
3. The auction participant cannot claim compensation if the auction is canceled for any reason in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
4. The nominal guarantee deposited into a Virtual Account (VA) must be the same as the required guarantee and must be paid at once (not in installments).
5. The guarantee must be received by KPKNL no later than 1 (one) day before the auction (23:59 WIB). We recommend that Bidders deposit it early to avoid deposit failure due to the End off Day mechanism in the Banking System.
6. All costs incurred as a result of banking mechanisms become an expense for the Auction Participants.

Auction Implementation:

1. The auction is conducted with a written bid without the presence of auction participants with the type of auction bid via the internet (Closed Bidding) on the page here, since the auction announcement was issued until Wednesday, August 26 2020, at 09.59 Time Internet Auction Application Server according to WIB.
2. The opening of the auction bid and determination of the winning bidder will be done by the auction official on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 10.00 Internet Auction Application Server Time according to WIB at the KPKNL Semarang Office, State Finance Building II, 4th Floor, JI. Imam Bonjol No. 1 D Semarang.
3. The repayment of the auction price must be made no later than 2 (two) working days after the auction is held.
4. Goods must be collected at the maximum on August 31, 2020 at 15.00 WIB (on working days) by bringing proof of payment.

1. Auction object with the condition as is, photos and information of the auction object can be seen through the following link.
2. Bidders / enthusiasts can see the auction object at the Campus Complex of the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Diponegoro University, Jl. Prof. Sudarto, S.H., Undip Tembalang Campus, Semarang, before the auction for 2 days on August 24 and 25, 2020 at 09.00 – 15.00 WIB. The location is indicated via the following link.
