The Directorate of Assets and Planning of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) held an Accelerated Data Entry activity for Assets and Inventories in SIMAKBMU on 5–6 January 2026, hosted at Alila Solo Hotel. The activity was attended by the Directorate of Assets and Planning, the Internal Audit Unit (SPI), and all work units within UNDIP involved in asset management.
This accelerated data entry initiative is a strategic step to ensure the quality of data used in preparing UNDIP’s financial statements, while also strengthening accountable and orderly asset governance.
Day One: Opening, Briefing, and Progress Report
The first day began with opening remarks by Dr. Ir. Baskoro Rochaddi, M.T., as Director of Assets and Planning at UNDIP. Participants then received a briefing from Prof. Dr. Abdul Rohman, S.E., M.Si., Chair of UNDIP’s Internal Audit Unit (SPI), who emphasized the importance of compliance, internal controls, and consistent data entry to support reliable financial reporting.
In the next session, Ari Eko Widyantoro, S.T., M.Si., as Manager of Assets and Planning, presented the progress of SIMAKBMU data entry and highlighted technical points related to accelerating data completion that require attention from all work units.
The activity was also attended by UNDIP Vice Rector II, Dr. Warsito Kawedar, S.E., M.Si., Akt., who provided guidance and motivation regarding the management of Division II, particularly the strengthening of governance, administrative orderliness, and cross‑unit synergy in managing assets and inventories.
Day Two: Progress Review and Work Unit Assistance
On the second day, the activity focused on checking the progress of SIMAKBMU data entry across all work units, coordinated by Yuniar Dwi Hastuti, S.E., Supervisor for Asset Inventory and Disposal. The review and mentoring process was carried out jointly by the Directorate of Assets and Planning and UNDIP’s SPI to ensure that obstacles could be identified and resolved quickly, and that data entry quality remained well maintained.
Through this activity, UNDIP reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of asset and inventory management, thereby supporting the timely preparation of transparent and accountable financial statements.
The Directorate of Assets and Planning expressed appreciation for the participation of all work units that contributed to accelerating data entry, and encouraged continued coordination until the SIMAKBMU data entry and updates are fully completed.
