Diponegoro University, through the Office of State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL) Semarang, will conduct an auction of University-Owned Assets (BMU) in the form of 1 (one) package of office inventory equipment located at the Diponegoro University Tembalang Campus Complex, Jalan Prof. Sudarto, S.H., Semarang. The auctioned items are offered in “as is” condition.
The auction has a limit value of Rp125,215,200, with a security deposit of Rp125,000,000.
The auction will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, with the final bidding deadline at 11:00 WIB (server time). The process will be conducted online through an open bidding mechanism via the auction platform accessible at lelang.go.id.
The auction will be conducted without the physical presence of participants. Prospective bidders are required to submit a security deposit through their respective Virtual Accounts, which must be effectively received by KPKNL no later than 1 (one) calendar day prior to the auction date.
The auction winner is required to settle the purchase price along with a 2% buyer’s auction fee no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction. In addition, the winner will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 12% in accordance with applicable regulations.
Prospective bidders may inspect the auction items directly at the Diponegoro University Tembalang Campus Complex on April 13–15, 2026, from 09:00 to 15:00 WIB. All transportation costs shall be the responsibility of the buyer or auction winner.
The collection of items by the auction winner must be completed within 7 (seven) working days after full payment, by presenting proof of payment. Under certain conditions, the seller or auction authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction in accordance with applicable regulations.
