SEMARANG – Based on the approval of Undip Deputy Chancellor II as Undip Property Manager for the proposed sale of BMU demolition due to repairs (renovation, rehabilitation or restoration) of Diponegoro University in 2020 from the Head of the General Administration and Finance Bureau Number 6147 / UN7.4.2 / PL / 2020 dated 22 October 2020, then through the Semarang State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL), Diponegoro University will carry out an auction in the form of 1 (one) Undip Property Unloading Material Package (BMU) due to Repair (Renovation, Rehabilitation, or Restoration) Diponegoro University at a limit price IDR 33,910,000 and auction guarantee IDR 15,000,000.
Auction Requirements:
Bidders must have a verified account on the https://lelang.go.id/ page.

The auction participant cannot claim compensation if the auction is canceled for any reason in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
The guarantee nominal deposited into a Virtual Account (VA) must be the same as the required guarantee and must be paid in one go (not in installments).
The guarantee must be received by KPKNL no later than 1 (one) day before the auction (23:59 WIB). We suggest that Bidders deposit security deposits early to avoid deposit failure due to the End off Day mechanism in the Banking System.
All costs incurred as a result of banking mechanisms will be borne by the Auction Participants.
The object of sale is 1 (one) package of building demolition materials in an as-is condition
Implementation of the Auction:
The auction is held with a written bid without the presence of auction participants with the type of auction bid via the internet (Closed Bidding) via the https://lelang.go.id/ page, since the auction announcement is published until Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 09.30 Auction Application Server Time Internet according to WIB.
The opening of the auction bid and determination of the winner by the auction official will take place on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 09.30 Internet Auction Application Server Time according to the WIB at the KPKNL Semarang Office, State Finance Building II, 4th Floor, JI. Imam Bonjol No. 1 D Semarang.
Redemption of the auction price must be made no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction is held.
Buyer’s auction duty is 2% of the auction price.
Goods are collected within 7 (seven) days after the auction price has been paid by bringing proof of settlement.
