Development of Co Working Space: Jogging Track ICT Diponegoro University

SEMARANG, aset.undip.ac.id – The construction of the ICT Co-Working Space Jogging Track was built using The Diponegoro University’s 2020 RKAT budget which spent Rp. 2.327.757.000,- (two billion three hundred twenty-seven million seven hundred fifty-seven rupiah) carried out for 95 (ninety five) calendar days starting from October 28 to December 31, 2020. The development was carried out by CV. Unggul Karya whose address is Jati Wetan No. 103 RT. 04 / RW. 02 Kudus, with the Planning Consultant is PT. Puri Aji Buana Jl. Kruing Raya No. 103, Banyumanik, Semarang and the Supervisory Consultant is CV. Permana Citra whose address is Jl. Candi Prambanan Timur I No. 7 Semarang.

As the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) on the development package is held by Ari Eko Widiyantoro, ST.MT assisted by the Technical Team Dr. Ir. Agung Dwiyanto. MT, Ir. EPF. Eko Yuli Priyono. MS, and Karnoto ST. MT.

Some of the Facilities at the Diponegoro University ICT Jogging Track, they are:

1. Gazebos with dimension of 3 x 3 meters are 5 pieces with 4 sockets each.
2. The pedestrian bridge with dimension 21 meters long and 1.80 meters wide with maximum load is 100 kg/m², suspension frame structure of galvanized pipe with diameter 4 inches double, canal bridge deck C 125 and reinforced concrete foundation.
3. High Mast lamps with height of 20 meters total 3 pieces, each contains 9 HPIT lamps of 250 watt which’re equipped with a lightning rod.
4. 6 concrete cast out door gyms and 2 gym equipments.
5. Sitting Group with cast concrete table and chairs 7 sets.
6. The Undip Monument with the letter “Universitas Diponegoro” made of stone masonry and cast concrete with andesite stone finish.
7. There are 2 Open Theaters equipped with a combination of cast concrete and synthetic grass, wall sockets and 15 wall lights.
8. Pedestrian to the mosque, color paving block area of ​​229 m², lower gazebo with color paving block area of ​​58 m², upper gazebo with paving block area of ​​86 m², mini elephant grass garden area of ​​1036 m², red purslane plant area of ​​474 m², lavender area of ​​149 m² while for tabebuya perennials in the upper land and Ketapang Kencana in the lower land, it’s equipped with a digital timer for 9 automatic garden faucets.
9. Signage letter Jogging Track ICT finishing stainless steel, 40 cm high, 2 pieces.
10. Total land area is 6,536 m

Proposed Addition of Facilities:

1. Adding the volume of river gabions to strengthen the river mouth.
2. Addition of group sitting area.
3. Addition of gym equipment.
4. Making a fence on the river bank.
5. Addition of garden area.
6. Internet access.
