BACKGROUND
Capacity building (capacity hui/ding) is an absolute must for the development of a work environment both in terms of adapting to various developmental changes in each line or section. In general, capacity building can be defined as the process of increasing the knowledge and skills, attitudes and behavior of human resources. Capacity building and development is a process carried out at three levels, namely individuals, groups and institutions or organizations, and aims to ensure the continuity of the organization through the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization concerned. At the individual level, so that human resources have a continuously growing capacity, the process can be carried out starting from selection, providing an adequate work environment, as well as continuous training in important aspects, such as communication skills, self-motivation, problem solving abilities, creativity, and leadership.
PURPOSE OF ACTIVITY
Based on the above background, the Directorate of Assets and Planning, the Asset and Logistics Section of the General and Finance Bureau and the Office of the Procurement of Goods and Services at Diponegoro University intends to hold capacity building activities with the following objectives:
Understand the importance of recognizing and developing capacity building.
Increase the confidence of the leadership and employees of the Directorate of Assets and Planning, the Asset and Logistics Section of the General and Finance Bureau and the Office of the Procurement of Goods and Services at Diponegoro University.
Improve the leadership and employees of the Directorate of Assets and Planning, the Asset and Logistics Section of the General and Finance Bureau and the Office of the Procurement of Goods and Services at Diponegoro University, work motivation and efforts to achieve achievement.
Improve the ability of cooperation in a work team between the leadership and employees of the Directorate of Assets and Planning, the Asset and Logistics Section of the General and Finance Bureau and the Office of the Procurement of Goods and Services at Diponegoro University.
Improved communication between leaders and employees of the Directorate of Assets and Planning, the Asset and Logistics Section of the General and Finance Bureau and the Office of the Procurement of Goods and Services at Diponegoro University.
Improving excellent service to the public.
Increase the contribution of HR to organizational performance
PARTICIPANT TARGET
Participants are leaders and employees of the Directorate of Assets and Planning, the Asset and Logistics Section of the General and Finance Bureau and the Office of the Procurement of Goods and Services at Diponegoro University.
