UNDIP Introduces SIMONEV Contract Application to Strengthen Monitoring and Evaluation of Contract Implementation

Diponegoro University (UNDIP), through the Directorate of Assets and Planning, organized a socialization session on the SIMONEV Contract Application (Monitoring and Evaluation Information System) on Monday, 22 December 2025, in the Engineering Hall Room, Dean Building of the Faculty of Engineering UNDIP. The event took place from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) and was attended by heads of work units, Commitment Making Officials (PPK), as well as relevant operators.

The SIMONEV Contract application has been developed as a system for end-to-end monitoring and evaluation of the contract process, starting from the signing of the contract (SPK) up to the Handover Report (BAST). The presence of SIMONEV is expected to promote more orderly, accountable, and regularly monitored contract governance.

The event was opened with remarks by Dr. Ir. Baskoro Rochaddi, M.T., as Director of Assets and Design. In his address, he emphasized that SIMONEV replaces the previous Sikontrak system and has been developed to support improved monitoring and evaluation processes.

The main presentation was then delivered by Ari Eko Widyantoro, S.T., M.Si., as Manager of Assets and Logistics. He provided an overview of SIMONEV, the objectives behind its development, as well as various key features that will be used in the contract management process.

The series of activities continued with a simulation of SIMONEV usage by the Assets and Logistics Division Team together with the Information Technology Systems Directorate Team. This simulation session provided an illustration of the system’s workflow and helped participants understand the mechanisms for data input and progress monitoring within SIMONEV.

Through this socialization activity, UNDIP reaffirmed its commitment to improving the quality of contract management and digital-based administrative services, so that the implementation of work can be monitored more effectively and in a more measurable manner.
