We, as the BMU Sales Team, will conduct an auction sale of:
One (1) package of dismantled Diponegoro University assets due to repairs (renovation, rehabilitation, or restoration) within the Coastal Area Development Laboratory (LPWP), Jepara Campus, Diponegoro University, sold in “as is” condition, with a reserve price of IDR 3,207,630 (three million two hundred seven thousand six hundred thirty rupiah).
The auction terms and conditions are as follows:

- Day/Date : Tuesday, 23 December 2025
- Bid Submission Deadline : 12:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time)
- Venue : Asset and Logistics Division, Directorate of Assets and Planning, SA MWA Building, Diponegoro University, Tembalang, Semarang
- Winner Determination : After the bid submission deadline
- The auction will be conducted without the physical presence of bidders, using a closed bidding method through submission of the signed Bid Amount Form and delivered to us before the bid submission deadline (form attached).
- The winning bidder must pay the principal purchase price and Value Added Tax (VAT) of 12% of the “Other Value” DPP (11/12 x of the base auction fee).
- The auction object is sold in “as is” condition. Bidders are deemed to have known/understood the condition of the auction object and are responsible for the purchased object.
- All transportation and site-cleaning costs are the responsibility of the buyer/auction winner.
- Bidders may inspect the auction object at the Coastal Area Development Laboratory (LPWP), Jepara Campus, Diponegoro University, prior to the auction for 4 (four) days on 19-22 December 2025, from 09:00 to 15:00 WIB.
- Collection of the goods may be carried out within 7 (seven) days after settlement of the auction payment by presenting proof of payment.
