We, the BMU Sales Team, will conduct an auction sale of:
1 (one) unit of KM. Gui He Yu 32668 (GT 300) in “as is” condition, which is a property owned by Diponegoro University. The auction has a limit value of Rp498,700,000 and a security deposit of Rp300,000,000.
The following are the terms and conditions of the auction:

Venue : Office of the State Assets and Auction Service (KPKNL) Pontianak, Jalan Letnan Sutoyo No. 19, Parit Tokaya, South Pontianak, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan
Winner Determination : After the bid closing time
- The auction will be held without the physical presence of participants through open bidding on the online auction application accessible via the domain lelang.go.id.
- Prospective bidders are required to transfer the security deposit in full (not in installments) according to the amount specified by the seller, and it must be effectively received by KPKNL no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the auction date.
- The auction winner must settle the purchase price along with a 2% buyer’s auction fee no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction.
- The winner is also subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 12% of the taxable base in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The auction object is 1 (one) unit of KM. Gui He Yu 32668 (GT 300). The object is sold in “as is” condition. Bidders are deemed to have understood and acknowledged the condition of the auctioned object and shall be fully responsible for the purchased item. Transporting the object is the responsibility of the Buyer/Auction Winner.
- Prospective bidders may inspect the auction object at PSDKP Station Pontianak, Jl. Moh. Hatta, Sungai Rengas, Sungai Kakap, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan before the auction for 3 (three) days, on December 4, 5, and 8, 2025, from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB.
- Collection of the purchased object may be carried out within 14 (fourteen) working days after payment is completed, by presenting proof of settlement.
- For certain reasons, the seller and/or the Auction Officer may cancel or postpone the auction, and interested parties or bidders may not file any objections or claims against the seller, Auction Officer, KPKNL, DJKN Regional Office, or DJKN Headquarters.
